What innovations have you implemented to be more “safe and customer-friendly”? I’ve had many businesses reach out to me and say, “This is it. It’s time for me to sell my products online”. Those that are selling their products online have had tremendous growth and are building a new revenue stream.
Being able to innovate new ways to reach customers will continue to ring true. I believe customers that you earn during this challenging time will remain loyal once our “normal” returns.
