Last year was a fantastic year, with some amazing stories left behind, like the story of the child with “nothing to give,” sacrificing “the best part of her breakfast’ as a gift for her teacher, or the Deputy pushing a stranded senior in her wheelchair to safety. These incredible stories give us hope for an even better year ahead. As we look into the New Year, we reflect on what we were proud of and our goals for the upcoming year. Do these goals include both personal growth as well as business growth? Typically yes! If we are satisfied professionally, we are usually happy personally (I’m I right?). We all want more success in the upcoming year. Success begins with a strategy and a plan to get there, a roadmap outlining how your goals will be met. Business goals typically include increased revenue with more products and services sold than the prior year. Year-over-year growth is the key. Have you looked at your Google Analytics for insight into how people may be considering your business? Analytics is an excellent resource to see if your brand is getting in front of more prospects and more leads than last year. If the answer is yes, we need to analyze whether they are converting to sales. Everyone does research online, but it’s that magical moment when the consumer picks your brand to engage further.
